Hi,
My annual review is usually mid september. I have submitted all my paperwork, although this was requested 3 weeks late, after reminders by myself, & I've not heard anything since - other than an email stating it would be complete by mid October & unless I heard otherwise payments would remain the same.
I've not heard anything since. Do I need to be concerned?

Hi Steve, I don't think that you need to be concerend. My reviews usually take around 6 weeks to complete.I do suggest, however, that you ring the IP for an update. Did you get an acknowledgeent when you submitted your paperwork? Fletch

Hi Melanie,
My annual review date is actually mid-sept, not when I should be supply my evidence for review. So, the review with the creditors themselves is 6 weeks late - through no fault of my own.

Not with them no, I never like to name & shame on here - but they are not great I have to say!
Clearly my official annual review date is missed - I just want to be sure I can't be penalised as it has had notning to do with me, but everything to do with the firm taking a chunk of my payments!

Your IP has until two months from the anniversary date to file their annual report Steve, so I don't think that they have missed the date now. Try and call them, however, to see how long they envisage this will take to finalise for you.

Thanks for the reply Melanie. Where would I stand if they miss that deadline?
It was me who chased them up asking when I should submit my details & again after I had submitted & heard nothing back. I'm loathe to chase again as not sure it should be my responsibility at every step - but if it is me who will be penalised then I guess I'll have to.

If they don't issue their annual report on time, then you have grounds for a complaint as they have not acted in accordance with their statutory responsibilities. I cannot see how you can be personally penalised, if your IP is at fault.
