Hi,

My wife's father unfortunately passed away 3 months back. We now have a sale on the house. The IVA is entirely in my name (only accounts for my partners income in the annual I&E calc).

My good lady just wants done & we intend to offer full monthly payments (including the 6th year instead of remortgage).

Question - to kick it off, do I just email my IP & tell them our wishes?

Thanks for any advice.

Sorry to hear that such a sad event has led you to being able to make this offer, Steve, but yes - the first stage is to let your IP know what your intentions are and to seek their advice as to the level of offer which might be acceptable.
