Hi everyone, it's been a while since I last posted and now only have 5 months to go! We have been told that as we have no equity in our property we don't need to release any extra funds so when our 60 months are up we are done!

I just wanted to ask about the restriction that is placed on your property when you enter an IVA. Who takes that off? Is that something I will have to do or will my IP do it? Also when can it be lifted? Is it when my CC comes through or when the 6 years are up?

Hope everyone is doing ok

Your Supervisor will remove the restriction at the same time they issue your final report and cease to act. This is done by filing form RX4 at HM Land Registry.

Am I acting for you, LivingOnAPrayer?

I wish Melanie! I am with DFD. To be fair they have been ok with me but there is no personal touch that you seem to give your clients.

But so long as your case is running smoothly, and you have a good relationship with the firm acting, that is all that matters!
