Just a quick question - those of you who have been "lucky" enough to have been part of an MVM already, did you ever get to know the outcome of the meeting & if so how long after the meeting took place?

I only found out when I asked about it regarding a PPI payment % of interest rebate and it was confirmed I was in the one Last May, I was not told before hand or afterwards about the meeting or the outcome.

Mass Variation Meeting, Bobbles. GT have been holding these at intervals for those who have agreed to the change in terms. On the face of it, they are to allow GT to pursue PPI "and similar claims" as they arise now and in the future --- there are, however, other changes to terms slipped in as well.

I don't understand why Chairman's Reports of these meetings are not being issued to clients. I cannot see how this statutory requirement has been sidestepped, unless with the express agreement of creditors - but even so, it would have been courteous to advise the other party to the agreement of the outcome.
