I received PPI claim forms from my IP a while ago (probably 2 years?), I called the PPI company to advise that I had never taken PPI & couldn't remember all of my creditor info - they said not to worry, I should complete the form as much as possible & they would find out any other info required.

I have never heard back from them - is this usual or should I should I have received confirmation that there was nothing to claim?

Just worried that this may delay things when I finally get to the end of my IVA so will chase it up now if necessary!

If you have heard nothing it probably means the PPI company found nothing. This should not hold up your discharge because you have made things a lot easier for your IP.

Thanks Michael - I am hoping that is the case!

Would my IP have received confirmation that there is nothing to claim?
