I have recently completed my IVA and have a mortgage, I am looking to remortgage, but am being told I will have to wait 3 years before I can do this, is this the case, or does anyone know a company that can help?

Different lenders have different criteria. We have a couple of brokers on forum who have assisted quite a few ex IVA'ers to get mortgages: Ryan and Shaun.
If you click on the "Ask a Question" link ( top left) then scroll down the page that opens you will find their details.

As foggy suggests worth having a chat to Ryan or Shaun ...every case is different so judged on your own circumstances
