Hi,
I have completed my IVA last year and still awaiting on the Completion certificate! Grant Thornton are so slow with their responses.
Any advices please?

The only advice that seems to have any worth is keep plugging away at them --- they were never the fastest and are probably the slowest now!

Unless you feel moved to try a formal complaint ( their process takes at least three months) and then a complaint to their regulators.
