Do I have to include DLA I received for my 13 yr old son, and carers. Allowance on my annual review form.

Hi and welcome. Yes, DLA has to be included in the review as a source of income. However, it is important, and generally acceptable, to offset this amount on the expenses side with the costs incurred in caring for your son, which effectively wipes it out.

Welcome to the forum . DLA does need to be recorded as Income but immediately the outgoing to support your son's need should offset.

Hi, I currently get DLA for my daughter and it is included as an income but the full amount is then deducted off as expenditure which cancels it out. The DLA is for your son and not to be included.

I agree - but the Carers allowance will be included so any additional expenditure you can think of should be recorded.
