The main reason for annual review is to see whether your income has gone up or down. Keep your Income & Expenditure figures ready.

Ours is just a chat over the phone. We complete a new I/e . They send the said paperwork to us and sign if this is correct. If payslips and an up to date p60 is needed we also forward them to the company.

Do you have to wait to be contacted to do your annual review? or is it down to the client?

They will usually contact you -- but I find it is best to be on the ball yourself and chivvy them up a bit.
