i've got 8813.00 left to pay on my iva my parents have said that they will pay it for me so i dont have to pay the iva for the next 3 years can i do that

Yes they can do providing you have good reasons to offer full & final offer such as redundancy, loss of income etc.

Even if there is none of the above creditors may accept the full and final offer, you could state that you will be using your disposable income to repay your parents
