Who am I best contacting (companies/lenders) to try to remortgage, as per clause in my final year of my IVA?
Thank you.

Hi Suzanne. Remortgaging is likely to be difficult and possibly expensive although there are specialist lenders who are starting to entertain this. As you are unlikely to be able to raise as much as your creditors expect it may be possible to raise a smaller amount and negotiate a 'full and final settlement' to enable the IVA to be still settled or you may be able to extend the IVA by 12 months instead.
