Why is it taking DFD so long to send us our completion certificate it is now a year since we made our final payment and three weeks until it drops of our records, sick of phoning up and getting the same twaddle of a different person, not happy as still cant really do anything until we get the certificate. Want to have a proper bank account so i don't have to make sure if we go out for the day there is a Nat west or RBS near by otherwise cant get any money out. come on DFD get your paper work sorted and get the certificates out to the people who are due them.
