Hi I finished my IVA in August and received my completion cert in November. I currently have a mortgage on my property but wish to move. A lot of the sites on the net say I need at least 40% deposit until the six years is up and they will only want 10%. The problem is I live in London and 40% of the going house prices is about £90000.00!!!! I only have around £ 50000.00
