My supervisor has taken more than Â£14,000 of the Â£25,000 I paid into my IVA. Now as my IVA won't be paid off early I am having to remortgage my house when I have emails from the LP saying this wouldn't be enforced as I would have paid off in full befor month 54

Do you mean that this sum has been drawn out by way of fees davidk? If so, what fees did you agree in advance with the IP that would be paid?
