Hi Jules. Karol hasn't logged on since the beginning of February. I do know that she has moved within the company and so might not be responsible for forum liason anymore.

GT, in their infinite wisdom, have not seen fit to ask anyone else at their end to step in and man the fort.

Goodness me Its becoming a nightmare Foggy, Thanks for the info. All these other companies are responding to their customers (some better than others) GT customers are easy game at the moment, I'm feeling abandoned :-(

Although I'm not at work I do voluntary work so I'm not always sitting by the phone. I have been 1471 several times a day and they haven't even tried to call me. Its infuriating, when I eventually get through I will be making my opinion known and how important this forum is for their customers.

Hardly a surprise that nobody fancied taking on Karols role on the forum as GT rep. Their customer relations in the last 12 months has been nothing short of diabolical.

The standard wait is at least 4 weeks for an email. I send my paycheck in every month to calculate any overtime and im usually into the next month by the time i get a reply. Absolute nightmare fir budgeting. They never reply to specific questions and its a nightmare trying to actually get through to them on the phone!!

Its a daunting prospect knowing I have got to bear my heart and soul out to them, we are in a massive quandary, struggling each and every day. I have even put 'Please Reply, Struggling,IVA Forum, Annual Review' Still nothing!
Our next payment is due on 10th March and although we will make it this time I'm not holding out much hope for the next one :-(
Could you imagine if they had a front desk like they do in the supermarkets!!!

I know! I have to waste half a day tomorrow trying to get through to them.

There is a dedicated Customer Services Team, headed by a Senior Manager who I know very well and who is happy to handle all complaints.

If I can help to put you in touch with him, siorghra, do let me know via an e-mail.

Thats reassuring to hear. So from this Siorghra my next attempt is to give myself a morning set aside on the phone and await a reply?

I have always found, once you have opened a line of communication, that the front line staff at GT have been very helpful and supportive. However, having a laissez faire attitude does help :-)

Hi

It would be good for the forum and for Grant Thornton if they had a representative on the forum again

In all fairness when I have been in contact with them on several occasions before they have been extremely helpful and supportive. All I want is to speak to someone... Anyone, even the cleaner would do haha! I resort to old fashioned tactic's and persevere on the phone line tomorrow in the hope I get to speak with someone :-)

Ask to be put through to the Customer Services Team Jules79, and I am sure you will manage to find someone who will take your call.

Thank you Melanie, I'll get onto it first thing and may 'mention' the need for a rep on here ;-)
