I have finished my Iva and paid my debt back in full from some inheritance that I had what I want to know is if ppi is due will I now get the money

If you have repaid 100p in the £ to your creditors, and covered all of the costs of the IVA, then it should be closed and you are then free to pursue your PPI claims directly with the relevant lenders, and then retain any claims which are upheld.
