Does the RX1 restriction last the duration of the iva?.If the IP or IVA company changes,do the new people have to reapply for the RX1.

It will sit on the title until the person who put it on removes it. I gather, after the IVA has been completed, if that person is no longer available, you can apply direct to HMLR to get it lifted.

Something else to deal with [:(] How do we know if its been removed or not? It just seems that, even after completion, there is still so much to sort out before we are fully clear of an IVA (I'd still recommend it tho [:)])

Personally, Tinks, I would pester the IP to remove if and confirm that they have done so --- you can check by doing a search ... but, why should you ?

It is tricky for an incoming IP to change the RX1 process over, so most of us keep the originals in place and get the former IP to release them once the case is concluded.

These issues should de dealt with as part of the routine closure process - and should not be left hanging over once a case has been finalised.

So in our cases, we were with MD&C originally then taken over by GT AFTER last payment, so who would be the ones to remove it?? Can see me being passed from pillar to post on this one!
Foggy - you say I can do a search - how/where???

Have a look here, and only ever use a .gov.uk address:

The current IP is the one responsible for removing the RX1 - so in your case tinks81 this is GT.
