You probably need to obtain copies of your credit files from all 3 agencies and ask for this to be removed!!

Did you get as far as signing an RX1 -- a restriction on the title of your house ? This will need to be removed by the Land Registry.

Do you know who took over Accuma's case load ?

Hi Paul. I have had to remove your details as these are not allowed on open forum to protect your identity and to stop you getting spammed to death!

I will pass the details direct to Mel.

My fault Paul - I have not had time to deal with this yet due to a lot of meetings away from my base office - I have set myself a reminder to contact Matthew for you tomorrow.
