Can I go into an iva even though I am currently not receiving demad letters?

I was not in arrears with any of my debts, I just knew it was time to do something. Good luck

Yes you can .... have a chat to two or three providers to go through your circumstances so you can consider your options. A good starting point to see recommended providers is

Hi and a warm welcome to the forum. If you've recognised you have a problem with your finances or will have in the near future then it would be wise to talk to someone to try and find a solution. An IVA is an excellent debt solution but all solutions can be discussed by talking to a professional. All the best there will be a remedy for you and any other questions .. just ask.

If your incomings are more than your outgoings, and you cannot afford to make the minimum contractual repayments to your creditors, then you are probably insolvent and a candidate for an IVA - but do look at all of the options, as there may be others than are more suitable for you to look into initially.
