Hi Pete and welcome to the forum

There are a number of lenders who will lend to people who have successfully completed an IVA, and I suspect that more will abound over the next couple of years as the lending community recognises that lending to people who have taken a responsible attitude to dealing with their debts are actually good business rather than a risk.

For a specific list, you would be better off engaging with one of the forum's mortgage experts - Shaun Vickery or Ryan.

The larger deposit you have and the lower ltv you require equals more options on the mortgage front.

Whole of market brokers are the best place to go for advice.

Best advice is use a broker ..... We have just been accepted for a remortgage with the Halifax via Zebra Money aka Ryan and team .... Great five year deal fixed at 3.19% !

I am looking at just this after being rejected by my existing lender for a 85% LTV (increased borrowing to do home improvement)

would appreciate how I go about doing this.

be careful of making too many applications one after the other. wait until any credit file issues are sorted before reapplying and use a whole of market broker.
