My husband and I are trying tour credit after receiving our completion certificate at the end of November 2013. Our 6 years ended on 27th February 2014.

On checking both of our credit reports we both had one debt still showing as a default. Both of these debts were included within the IVA. Mine was with Santander and I have now contacted them and sent them a copy of the completion certificate and asked them to remove it from my credit file.

My husband's is a debt with Argos which has been sold on to Hillesden Securities. Does anybody please have a contact email or address for them.

Are argos as the original lender not still responsible for updating the credit entry?
