Hi I wonder if anybody could please give me some advice.

I am trying to clean up our credit report as we finished our IVA last June and received our completion certificate at the end of November. It was 6 years on 27th Feb since we started our IVA therefore it has dropped off credit file.

I have still got a loan included in the IVA showing as defaulted with Santander. I managed to get an address off Experian to contact Santander which I did over 4 weeks ago. I sent them a copy of our completion certificate but have heard nothing since. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to respond. Does anyone have an email address for me to contact them.

Also my husband had a loan with Argos which was included in the IVA. This was sold on to Max Recovery. Does anyone have an email address please so that we may contact them.

It took three letters and copies of completion cert for our final default to be removed ....

On your credit reports it should list the addresses of the creditors on your records ... Normally on the front page ...

I have looked at the credit report and cannot find contact addresses or email details for either Santander or Max Recoveery.

Sorry it is Hillesden Securities that the Argos loan was sold on to not Max Recovery. Do Argos update the credit entry or Hillesden Securities.
