Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team. Since 2011 when I tearfully picked up the phone after reading reviews on here until now I have been so pleased with the way my IVA has been dealt with.
The first person I spoke to was Tina who was so calm, reasurring and non-judemental. Then the team that prepared my IVA. Leighton dealt with me afterwards and he was brill helped us with some tricky situations. The tricky situations continued and Marc put together a case for us for a full and final and he was excellent, then Susan Clay who signed it all off. It was accepted yesterday and it still has not sunk in but just wanted to say what an excellent company they have been. An IVA is not a comfortable process but they held our hands and did all they could that was fair. SO thanks again!!

Thanks! It still has not sunk in yet. I think it will only seem real when I have the certificate in my hands and am off the register!
I am really looking forward to a future when I can actually save. My husband needs glasses so that is the next expenditure and then I want to build up a contigency fund.

Albeit my post is a bit belated, due to annual leave and a conference, I am so pleased that we managed to get this finalised for you - and thanks very much for taking time to post.
