My partner has had a few pay rises do I need to tell my iva? I haven't had any rises but I really do not think it is fair that he loses out on 50% of his rise has it has nothing to do with him. Also he spends alot of it on the kids and family stuff.

This would normally be addressed at the annual review and it does depend a lot on the amount of the increase. It would not mean he would have to hand over 50% of his pay increase and it may not make any difference at all provided he is paying his fair share of the bills.
