Please can anyone offer some advice here. Im at the end of my tether.
I have received my completion Certificate from GT, however there are a number of errors. I flagged this up 6 weeks ago, even getting the CAB involved.
There is PPI monies of nearly £6,000 not accounted for and have been told today, that once a certificate has been issued there is nothing they can do and there is nothing they can send me to show the £6,000 will be distributed.
Hasnt even acknowledged the other errors.
They blame everything on 'admin' errors.

Can anyone point me in the direction or where I can get professional advise on what to do next?

I'd think they'd have to be accountable to the creditors

If they receive money after the completion certificate is issued, they would be obliged to distribute it to the creditors or return it to you

Given this I think the IP would have correspondence that they could give you copies of detailing this.

Would the £6k have taken you over 100p in £ , if not it's somewhat acadmemic

Hi. Basically you need to go through the GT formal complaints procedure, which can take several months. If that produces no result you can then escalate the complaint to their regulators.
