I have problems with the electricity bills which have come in at £20,000 for the last 18 months for my business, a public house.
I have been paying the IVA for last 2 years.

is the pub run as a limited company or sole trader ?

Something must have gone wrong with the projections and cashflows. You need to speak to your IP and possibly organise a payment break to try and address these arrears. It would be difficult to switch suppliers with this debt unpaid.
