Hi,

I am 3 years into my Iva and just received my yearly report. One of my largest creditors has not yet proven the balance owed resulting in them not receiving any payments.

Can anyone tell me how long they have to do this and what happens if they don't?

Not sure how long they have best ask your ip for that one, but if they don't make a claim then the funds will just be redistributed equally amongst your remaining creditors
