Hi,
Can a ppi claim be made if it relates to a loan included in a iva if the iva was settled in full 2 years ago? I found an old bank statement whereby a bank charged me £235 upfront for a £1,400 loan in 2000.
Thanks

Hi

You can claim but there is still a possibility that any refund will be paid to your old IP or offset against any shortfall following the conclusion of your IVA
Best to make the claim yourself rather than using a third party so that you do not become liable for any fees just in case all funds go to IP/offset

It may be worth speaking to your old IP because the amount involved may not warrant them reopening the IVA and distributing the funds.
