I have been on IVA since 2006 and Still making my monthly payment and was told by my ip I have to keep on paying. It is almost 8yrs now and do not know what to do now. Can someone please help me.

I think the very quick answer to this would be to contact your Insolvency Practitioner, whoever that may be. They are the only ones who can help resolve your situation.

What has your IP been reporting in their annual reports about the length of time the IVA has been running for, and why you are still obliged to continue making payments?

Worth checking as Foggy suggests and if it is an IVA then do ask the question why it is continuing so long...
