Hi,I was fully discharged from my IVA in Jan 2009 and would like to make a PPI claim. Can my creditors in the discharged IVA pursue me for any further monies if I make a PPI claim? I am looking at going through State my Claim who I recently enquired through the Debt Wizard website. Are they any good?

I have no experience of this particular claims management company, and it is possible that any claim you make might be set off against the original debt, or payable to your former Supervisor for the benefit of the creditors who were bound by the IVA.
