I am on cloud 11 ! Our F&F has been accepted yesterday . Despite the fact that it was a far longer wait then we expected (6 months ) it has gone through smoothly .
My thanks to Shaun Vickery & Payplan. We chose to sort out a secured loan which for us is the best option.
This forum has been such a comfort to me as the IVA can be a lonely journey. It has also been a mine of information. I will still be a regular visitor as we have now the wait for the Completion Certificate !

Good news to see another case successfully completing, and also noting that secured loans may well be the right solution for some people.

Hi seagulls,
Congratulations on negotiating an end to your IVA, hope you don`t have too long a wait for your CC.
I fully understand that it`s your own business, but I don`t suppose you could divulge the APR of the secured loan arranged for you, so anyone in an IVA thinking of taking, or having to take the same route can have an idea as what to expect?

Hi Goosed
The APR on the loan is 15.40% . Its over 10 years but is quite a lot less then the IVA.

Also a lot cheaper than switching your entire mortgage to adverse rates. I have seen much higher rates for so called 'clean' customers.
