Roughly how long will completion certificate take after final payment as my Ip ignoring my emails

It really depends on which firm you are with as some are quicker than others. There is no excuse for ignoring emails even if it is to tell you that there is a delay.

Hi what company are you with and when did you pay your final payment they should give you 6 month time frame but I never got that with gt I had to eventually sort it out myself by making a complaint to the ipa I finally got my cc.

Generally you will receive this at some stage in the two months following the final anniversary of your IVA - unless there are ongoing issues such as PPI to be dealt with which could delay matters.

I concur with Michael - that your IP should not be ignoring your e-mails.

who are you with Raj, we had our certificate 2 weeks after full & final payment thanks to Sarah Jolly and Samantha at Freeman Jones

We did a F&F last September and received our completion cert this week. I phoned every week and I think in the end I wore them down. Also I contacted the insolvency register and they contacted our IVA company and hey presto the certificate was here.

Hi Carole

When you contacted Insolvency register did they take you off straightaway, I thought details remained on for 3 months from completion

We were removed almost the day we got our completion certificate through the post.
I checked that night and low and behold we weren't there any more. Great feeling and made the end of our IVA seem real at last. Now trying to get the credit ref up to date.
