I have been informed that my last payment is due Nov 14 and that the house has been excluded from the agreement.can anyone tell me when I apply for/get the final certificate? Any help is appreciated.

You should receive this within two month of the final anniversary of your IVA paul, unless there are grounds which would prevent your IP from finalising matters by that time - such as ongoing PPI investigations, or reworking of dividend payments due to PPI having been set-off.

I have been informed that there are no issues with PPI as we never took it out. Do I have to apply for the CC?
