How long does an iva last as mine is running for 16 years now could anyone advise me on this thanks

Hi Karen -- are you sure that you are in an IVA and not a DMP ?

Whaaasaat! This cannot be Karen. In once did one which was targeted to last for 17 years, but failed within the first five. I cannot believe that you have been in an IVA for 16 years. Does your name appear on the Insolvency Register?

Have spectrum been running that long? Sounds like one of their never ending dmp to me!!!
