I finished my last payment for my iva last October 2013. I am with Dfd and have been trying to get my cc ever since I was promised it over 3 months ago but as yet have not received it. I am becoming more and more frustrated as each time I ring them they say my case is with the closures team and that everything is ok and it's just a matter of time well how much time as I don't seem to be getting anywhere. Could anyone give me some advice as what to do next many thanks
