Hello. My husband is coming up to his 2nd iva review. In the last 2 years I have incurred about 3000 high interest credit card debts. Will this be taken into consideration at the review. I contribute to the payments via household income but I am not in the iva. Thanks.

Your income and expenditure will be taken into account at review stage to ensure your husbands iva payment is set at correct level of household i&e

You should not be contributing towards your husband's IVA and then running up credit in your own name. Make sure that your surplus income is nopt taken into account when the IP calculates his payments and you can then repay your own creditors.

Hi and welcome. Do take Michael's advice and ensure at review time your surplus income is not included within your husband's IVA payment.
