Hiya, I cleared my IVA by full and final settlement in March 2014. Since my credit report has been updated to show settled, but one account with lloyds tab has not. I have since since letters, emails, contact my FA, showed my certificate... nothing... it's still in default. why won't they change this? it's preventing me from getting a rented property now!
