The PPI claims company that are checking for any PPI claims on behalf of my IVA have found 2 lots of possible PPI. This PPI was claimed about 4 years ago my me. Well before my IVA started. I now need to answer a questionnaire so they can start the complaint process. Will RBS tell them there is no PPI or will they tell them its already been claimed. I thought the RBS would of told them there is no PPI to claim.

Let them investigate - but as the money was paid to you before your IVA process started there will be no problem.

As Kazza says, let them investigate. Many early refunds have been discovered to have been under calculated, so there might even be more to come.
