I have currently 2 years left on my Iva owing £2400 I'm going through a bad time at the moment due to my marriege breakdown . I feel so stressed with my life at the moment and I want to sort my divorce out so my brother is willing to help me to pay off Iva . What would be a acceptable offer , would £1300 be good enough for creditors to except. Any advice most welcome thanks

This seems reasonable especially if your surplus income has dropped or you need a solicitor. Speak to your own IP and do an up to date I&E.
