we have a Tomlin order but did not sign the first page,ie The consent. We only signed the second page, ie The Schedule. Dose this mean the Tomlin order is null and void ?

I have no idea ! I would have thought that the schedule would stand on its merits as an agreement.

May I ask what a Tomlin order is?

It's a court order which stays a court action on the terms agreed in the schedule attached to the order.
