Am allowed a car in my agreement but it broke down and repairs would have cost more than cars value. Harrington brooks have been worse than useless,its been 8 weeks now. How do i replace it?

Your IP should be spoken to and a payment break agreed to allow for a replacement car to be purchased. There is very little opportunity for hire purchase or lease whilst in an iva however your IP may approve it. Do you have any family members who may be able to offer you support in this and would take on a credit arrangement for you where you pay them back after your IVA has completed ?
