I was on an iva which finished in may my iva company applied for ppi claimback which I won in sept 4 months after my iva finished the cheque was sent to them and I have heard nothing since.whos money is it mine or theirs? thanks.

I know in my case it would belong to the iva. What has your IP said?

don,t know yet they say they have not rec cheque

Hope you registered posted the cheque so you can check the receipt of it ?
