How will having an IVA effect my mortgage or mortgages and buying houses in the future?

Your credit file will be damaged for six years but your current mortgage should be unaffected.

Using a broker will help you afterwards as they have access to a range of products with a history of poor credit etc. The forum has two brokers that post and have helped numerous forum members ..look for Ryan (Zebra Money) and Shaun (Select).
