I have asked for my iVA to be terminated on the 26 th September how long should it take to get our certificate. Our Iva company will not give us time scale

Who is your IVA company? What do you mean by 'terminated' and what certificate are you expecting?

It shouldn't take too long, but the company have to sort out what is held on account and distribute this to creditors.
Do you have a plan B going forward ?

Have you been contacted by one of the bankruptcy assist companies? If so be careful and speak to your IP as termination may be the wrong advice.
