Does anyone know of any companies that do leases or HP for a car for people who are in an IVA? My current lender won't renew

You may struggle. Moneybarn, MSG etc. you can try but it's not straightforward and your I.P would have to liaise with them to agree arrangement.

If you Google non status contract hire or non status leasing you will find some.

Moneybarn may do HP but perhaps it would be cheaper and easier to get the new agreement in a relative's name. Your IP should have no issue with this but you would have to explain to the other person why you need their help.
