Is anyone else having trouble getting hold of anyone from GT
Ive emailed them 4 or 5 times over the last 2 weeks to try and speak to someone regarding making a F&F payment and also to chase up my Annual review paperwork as its due at the end of the month and no luck
Its a shame no one posts on here anymore

One of the reasons why I never those GT for my IVA.
Dreaddful service and they don't seem to care!

I haven't had the need to contact GT for some time so I can't answer your question RR. I have never had an issue in the past with email communications though.

They usually operate a 10 day response target ( and often push this to the limit).

Never had to contact them but it appears they are trying to make all correspondence via text or email

I had similar issues myself when I emailed, the best advice I can give you is to actually call them. I had sent over 7 emails within a 16 day period and got not reply. I called them and my call was dealt with accordingly.

I emailed my wage slips as normal about 6 weeks ago and have had no response, normally I used to get a thank you we have reviewed your case and no further monies are due at this time. I did get the automated reply straight away that was all. I havent really bothered too much will make a real effort after Christmas as I will want to know then exactly how many payment left.

I'm fortunate to have a point of contact who helped secure our F&F, I still send any queries her way and she responds prompt via a phone call.
If you have any other people that have replied to your emails previously I would suggest contacting them and ask them to forward your query onto the relevant person.

I'm having the same problem. I've called them 3 times in the last 2 weeks and been promised a call back within 48 hrs, surprise surprise I'm still waiting.
I sent my review paperwork off middle of September and not had anything back yet. I to am wanting to talk to someone about a full and final offer. It's driving me mad. Good luck with your offer and hope they contact you soon
