Advice for all people who have an ongoing Injury Claim whilst taking out an IVA. Be upfront with your IP and ask for it to be excluded in your proposal.
I did this on advice of the forum, have now accepted an offer and it is mine to keep! IP said if it wasn't mentioned under proposal it would have been captured!
So thanks for the original advice from all on the Forum and anyone in similar situation, ensure it is mentioned in your proposal
