After waiting forever to get my CC, the 1st one arrived not signed by the IP so they sent me put another one which my puppy got hold before I did. Its a bit chewed on the edges, so should I ask for a 3rd one or can I keep the 2 together and if needed use them together.

The chewed one will be OK --- most people who want to see will be happy with a photocopy ( which will not be chewed )

I had a dog that used to chew the stamped corners of letters.
Puppy clearly has no appreciation of the importance of that bit of paper.......and is a puppy!!!

Photocopy the chewed one several times and so as long as the detail is not affected by the chewed area it will be fine.
