Can I claim PPI from loans I have had over many years and use this to help pay off some of my debts. I am in an IVA but I have not paid anything into it for nearly two and a half years !! I offered a full and final payment but I have never had a response

I would imagine that your IVA has long since failed. So, if the PPI claim is made to any of your creditors it could open that can of worms ( which could explode at any time anyway!)
