I had my certificate through yesterday (I think) was supried its more a photo copy thing. Anyway what is next, it says it takes 3 months for the insolvent register to update. Do I need to actually do anything? Also how long till I can re mortgage as I want to move to a larger house ?

They will have informed the Insolvency Service, so your name will drop off the IP within 3 months, Credit records will not improve until the 6th anniversary,

I would suggest a word with Ryan and / or Shaun, who place mortgages for ex-IVA'ers all the time.

Ryan and Shaun can be contacted via the ask experts a question link to the left, they have helped numerous posters between them now so good luck and well done on completing.

Well done on getting the completion statement - I know what you mean about it. It means so much to us but in reality is just a piece of paper!!
Excellent advice above about contacting Shaun or Ryan. Good luck!!

Hi,
I would be happy to look in to this for you.
As the link you have been advised to look at says, you need copies of your credit files from all 3 companies listed on this.
Once you have these i would be happy to discuss mortgage options with you.
